All our items are vintage items and may show signs of wear. All items are checked by us and any observed defects will be described. We aim to make our descriptions as informative as possible so you know what you are buying, however there may occasionally be evidence of wear or defects that have gone unnoticed in the checking process.
All bed linen will come to you freshly laundered and ready to use, and curtains and other soft furnishings will be washed or aired as appropriate to the fabric type. All items are stored, laundered and packed in our clean and smoke free home. We do have a dog but he has no access to our stock room. However, please do inform us if you have a significant allergy, so that we can ensure that items have been washed using a suitable anti-allergy wash cycle before sending them to you.
We currently offer FREE 2nd class shipping, with Royal Mail, for all orders within the UK. For overseas customers we endeavour to always use the more cost effective shipping method for your country, which means that your order may come in more than one package, but your costs will be reduced.
We will always provide the option for tracked postage at extra cost, and will generally use tracked postage for higher value items. You may also be required to provide a signature to receive your package. In the event of parcels being damaged or going astray in the post we will endeavour to claim appropriate refunds from Royal Mail.
Here at the Flower Power House we want to make you smile, so if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we want to help! That’s why, If you return an item to us within 14 calendar days of the date you received it, we’ll refund the full cost, minus our shipping charges (these will be dependent on the weight and size of the item). We would ask you to please let us know before posting items out to us, just so that we can check up if it fails to arrive safely! To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused by you and in the same condition that you received it. It also needs to be accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and we regret that these costs are nonrefundable. Once we have received your item we will notify you as soon as possible. We will then inspect the item and let you know if your return has been approved, after which we will initiate a refund via the original method of payment.
